The Mindfulness Manager application has four parts: (1) The mindfulness monitor which helps you to self-monitor your own awareness of key dimensions of mindfulness; (2) Compassionate Joy section helps you to increase your awareness of compassion around you; (3) MLK note section helps you to remember people in your lives for whom you genuinely feel happy; (4) Loving Kindness Guided meditation is located at the bottom of the iOS application.
